How to Buy on SefBuy

Shopping on SefBuy is quick, simple, and convenient.

Note: Creating an account is optional. You can browse products and place orders on the SefBuy website with or without registering an account.

Step 1: Add Products to Your Cart

Browse through our wide range of categories and subcategories, or use the search bar to quickly find your desired product.

Once you find an item you would like to purchase, click the “ADD TO CART” button.

You can continue shopping and add multiple items to your cart before checkout.

Step 2: Review Your Cart

Click on “MY CART” located at the upper-right corner of the SefBuy website to review your selected items.

At this stage, you can:

  • Increase or decrease product quantities
  • Remove unwanted items
  • Confirm your order details

Once satisfied, proceed to checkout.

Step 3: Proceed to Checkout

Click the “CHECK OUT” button and carefully fill in your personal information, including:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Email address (optional but recommended)

Providing accurate information helps the SefBuy team contact you easily and ensures timely delivery of your order.

Step 4: Choose Your Preferred Payment Method

A) Cash on Delivery

With this option, payment is made when your order is delivered or when you pick up the item.

B) Debit/Credit Card Payments

Follow these steps to pay using MTN MoMo:

  2. Select 1 – Pay With MoMo
  3. Select Enter Merchant Code
  4. Enter Merchant Code: 656294 (SEFBUY LIMITED)
  5. Enter the payment amount
  6. Enter your PIN and confirm the transaction
  7. You will receive a confirmation SMS with a Transaction ID
  8. Return to the website and click “Complete”

Important: Always confirm the merchant name before authorizing payment.

Airtel Money

Follow these steps to pay using Airtel Money:

  1. Dial *185#
  2. Select 9 – Pay Merchant
  3. Enter Merchant ID: 6064353
  4. Enter the payment amount
  5. Confirm the transaction details
  6. Enter your PIN and send
  7. You will receive a confirmation SMS with the transaction details
  8. Return to the website and click “Complete”

Important: Double-check the merchant details before confirming payment.

Order Confirmation & Delivery

Once your order has been successfully placed, the SefBuy team will contact you to confirm your order and arrange delivery to your specified address.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability.
