2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items;
  • Digital products, including downloadable software, e-books, subscriptions, and digital services;
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional credits;
  • Intimate, hygiene-sensitive, or sanitary products that have been opened or used;
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, customers should follow these steps:

  2. Navigate to the Order History section;
  3. Select the order containing the product(s) you wish to return;
  4. Click on Initiate Return and follow the on-screen instructions;
  5. Securely package the item for return shipment.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered;
  • The item arrived damaged or defective;
  • The return resulted from an error on the part of Sefbuy.

4.2 Recommended Shipping Method

Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping service. Sefbuy shall not be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


5. Inspection & Approval of Returns

All returned items undergo inspection upon receipt. Sefbuy reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject return requests based on product condition;
  • Deduct reasonable amounts for damaged, incomplete, or improperly returned items where applicable.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

6.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6.3 Banking Delays

Depending on your bank, mobile money provider, or payment processor, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

6.4 Non-Refundable Charges

7. Exchanges

Currently, Sefbuy does not offer direct product exchanges.

Customers wishing to obtain a different item are advised to:

  2. Place a new order separately.

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographic evidence of the issue;
  • Packaging details;
  • Order information.

Upon verification, Sefbuy will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item;
  • Offer a full refund; or

Sefbuy will cover all associated return shipping costs for verified defective or incorrect items.


9. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within six (6) hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order enters the shipping or fulfillment stage, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed in accordance with Section 6 of this policy.
